The prospective licensee w8ter.com would like to use the west portion of Building A commencing November 1, 2009 to grow the company. The company offers an innovative communications software targeted at all ranges of customer service businesses, including retail and medical. W8ter.com anticipates growth to 50 employees within 3 years.

| Financial Impact Statement: |
|
Existing expenditures for AZ TechCelerator facility and landscape maintenance have already been approved as a part of the FY 2010 budget. Licensees will pay a monthly common area maintenance fee, calculated using the percentage of licensed square footage and the actual cost of common area maintenance and landscape maintenance charges. Revenues are anticipated to begin July 1, 2010 and will be incorporated as a part of the FY 2011 budget.
