Motion: I move to approve resolution 09-172. Background: This resolution provides an incentive based fee schedule that promotes crime-free rental housing. The resolution has been updated based on input from stakeholders. Financial Impact Statement: All code enforcement activity related to the preservation of the health, safety and welfare for the city of Surprise has an economic and fiscal impact on the city.
