INSTRUCTIONS: In order to address the City Council, you will need to fill out a Call to the Public Form available at the front counter, and then turn it in to the City Clerk before the meeting begins.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03 (A)(3), the City Council may go into executive session with the City Attorney for legal advice on any item listed on the agenda. 

Discussion/consultation with the City Attorney for legal advice and to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to the City Attorney regarding Surprise's position in connection with outstanding litigation, or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation related to collection of funds. (A.R.S. §§38-431.03 (A)(3)(4)).
