Discussion of payroll issues involving overpayment of former employees.

Discussion of $4.5 million budget adjustment.

Discussion of additional services for external audit, review of internal control and procedures.

Consideration and action on a project titled "It's My Money" that will be a financial transparency portal for the citizens of the City of Surprise. 

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03 (A)(3), the City Council may go into executive session with the City Attorney for legal advice on any item listed on the agenda. 

Discussion/consultation with the City Attorney for legal advice and to receive an update, to consider its position, and to provide instruction/direction to the City Attorney regarding Surprise's position in connection with outstanding litigation, or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation related to collection of funds. (A.R.S. §§38-431.03 (A)(3)(4)).
